These are standard furniture legs, not heavy duty (solid or reinforced), but sufficient. There are 4 ribs attaching the interior post to the outer shell. They do not come with nuts. They are exactly 5" tall, not the 4 3/4" another poster suggested. The discrepancy may be due to the 1/8" tall, smooth and rounded, weight bearing portion at the bottom that actually contacts the floor, not visible in the pictures, making the actual bottom 1 1/4". This matches exactly a Leavitt's sectional couch which I repaired with these legs. As stated in the description, the bolts are 5/16 - 18. I drilled new 3/8" holes to relocate the legs (due to damage), and tee nuts, bought at the hardware store for $0.65 each.

I bought these legs to repair a broken leg on my Broyhill couch and these fit perfectly. The color is dark brown with a simulated, wood grain texture. The bolt is 5/16 inch diameter, same size as my American made couch. The length is nominally 5 inches long, but actually more like 4 3/4 inches which again, matched my original couch legs exactly. Sizes of the top and bottom of the plastic leg was identical to my original legs and the bolt is held in the leg the same way. Easy replacement as the old leg just screws off and the new leg screws on. The shipping was fast and the item is exactly described by the vender. Will order again from this vender. Excellent service and very good product. I highly recommend both the vender and this product.

I ordered these legs after the legs to both my overstuffed couch and chair got lost in moving. These legs look great. Unless you really look close they don't look like plastic at all once they are on the furniture. They actually look better than the original legs that were on the furniture. These were also some of the least expensive I found. I spent hours scouring the internet for furniture legs and finally settle on these mostly due to price and the fact that I am a Prime member so I knew I would get them quickly. If the need ever arise I will be a repeat customer.

Well I have a couch that is hardly used and it has been in the house for over 19 years. however one of the legs broke when being moved to vacuum under it. It is amazing what you can find on Amazon. I purchased these in order to replace the ones on my couch. When I tried to screw the first one in, it break when I was half way. It took me 20 min to unscrew it since now, the plastic base was broken off the screw.
FYI, I didn't try to force it or go rough, so the only reason I see why it broke was because of bad quality plastic.
