This seller not only sent me the product in a matter of days a month or two ago, they followed up on it. The suspension straps I got are what I use for tire dragging. They work great. Definitely a good alternative than buying the TRX! Sure it doesn't have dvds or instructions. But if you go to youtube, they have plenty of intructionals availabe. Basically, just look for any TRX video since whatever you can do with the TRX, this thing can do! I use it along with my kettlebells for jiu jitsu training and those two in combination is definitely great for building up functional strength and aerobic and anerobic metabolism!

I used a TRX in Afghanistan and a few times when I went to best fitness. I am no longer a member of any Gym, due to my personal schedule, and needed something I could use in my office at home. I have been using it for a few days now and find it to be functionally equivalent to the TRX in every way. The overall construction is quite a bit better than I expected. Two plastic sliding buckles keep any loose ends tied up and out of the way after it has been adjusted for length. The two stainless tension clamps make for fast easy adjustments, and a surprisingly very secure hold.

One thing to note: the main strap appears to have snaps at the ends. this is not the case, they are rivets if you pull them apart you will most likely break them.

The door anchor is not as good as the one TRX sells. The one that comes in the bag is a heavy gauge plastic tube with ~ 1/2" diameter. It works, It is just not as good. Though, if that is an issue you can just buy the TRX door anchor as it is sold separately. I should also mention: my door is a cheap piece of crap which seems to be the issue I have with this anchor. I used it with the exterior door to my apartment and it was fine.

tl;dr well crafted TRX knockoff, Functionally equivalent. Save yourself some money, get this instead of the TRX.

Still working great. The handles "give" a little when doing suspended push-ups due to stretch in the ropes, but seems like nothing to worry about

I have since learned from reading about my Rogue Ring strap buckles slipping that all spring loaded strap buckles are considered "wear and tear" items and will eventually fail over time. My guess is that it's the little spring in the buckles that eventually wears out. Given that eventuality, and having had this now happen on 4 separate occasions for me I will almost always go with the Woss device. When the spring buckles wear out, just toss and replace for less than half the price of anything else.

I have a TRX which I've used extensively in my home gym for over 3 years and a Lifeline Jungle Gym XT which I've used occasionally for the past year.

The buckle on the Lifeline started slipping last week and when I went to check the warranty, I see the company was sold and no longer makes this product.

I found WOSS through a "you might be interested in" Amazon link. I was worried it might be a piece of garbage of low quality like so many home fitness products because I had never heard of it.

My 2 cents on this vs. the competition:

1. TRX - very pricy. Wide 2" straps with really solid buckles. Handles are foam and a bit squishy, but I've never had a problem with it. Support my full 175 lbs when doing pullups. Extras like the "door frame" anchor are pricey. Well made, I've used this for 3+ years with no problems. Seems like the straps would hold 300 lbs +

I bought this instead of a TRX set, because it was a lot cheaper. It is well made for the price, and assembly is fairly simple. It comes with assembly instructions and a sheet describing a few simple exercises.

First of all I have to say that this is probably the best piece of workout equipment I've ever purchased. I really abuse this system and it's worked great. I've gotten some really good and intense workouts with it. The price is extremely economical, especially compared to the other suspension trainers on the market (which I own one of the most expensive ones as well and this one is just as good as that one). Another good thing about this system is the parts are easily replaceable, if one wears out or breaks you can purchase a replacement cheaply if you need one. I did read in some of the other reviews that the company sent people replacements for free in some instances so they sound like a great company to work with but I haven't had to contact them because I've not had any issues with the RopeInaBag at all. My only complaint is the D ring connector is very small and hard to manuever in and out of the "go anywhere cam buckle strap". It doesn't ditract from the workout, but takes a little while to setup. A carabiner would be much preferable, which is why I bought one to use instead of the connector that comes with it. I did read that the more expensive model (I bought the second cheapest model so I could try it out first) has listed a larger D ring connector in it's description but you can buy a high test climbing carabiner fairly cheaply, under $10 in some cases, that will work perfectly to make setup and takedown alot easier. If you're looking to buy a suspension trainer, this is the system for you. My problems with the system are so minor that I can't think of another product I've bought in awhile that's been as good as this one for the price, ease of use, and quality.
