I'm not quite sure how this manufacturer is getting away with this, but "100% EGYPTIAN COTTON" is very clearly and largely written on the front of the package when they are NOT 100% COTTON, not even close! They are a microfiber which is essentially a polyester blend. This is VERY misleading to your buyers, Amazon!

These pillow cases are working well for our king sized pillows. Once washed they are soft and silkly and pleasant to use. The construction of them seems to be well made and they cover the pillows nicely. No negitive comments about them yet.

I was looking for some new pillowcases and I found these for a very good price here on Amazon. Like many of you, I saw the large print on the picture with the words "1500 thread count, 100% Egyptian cotton". I failed to notice the much smaller print saying it was compared to the 1500 thread count cotton pillowcase. These pillowcases do not even have a tag anywhere on them saying what they are made of, but I would suspect they are polyester. They are not bad for a polyester pillowcase at $3.75 + $3.27 shipping for the rust colored set. Other colors were considerably higher. I was more disappointed though in the quality of the stitching than in the somewhat murky advertising. The seam on the open end of the pillowcase was only sewn halfway through. The corners were bunched up and sewn unevenly on both pillowcases. If the advertising had been more reliable, I would have only dinged them one star, as it was my fault for not fully reading all the fine print and especially for not reading the reviews. But it is very hard to ignore shoddy workmanship, even at bargain basement prices. If they had been listed as "seconds", I would have given them that third star, but in this case, two stars was as generous as I can be.

Well I had bought a the hole set in purple for my Queen size bed. I had never had purple sheets. Once I put them on the bed they not only look "Great" , But also feel so nice and soft. I was able to fine the kings size for my other king size pillows so now I have the whole set.

I highly recomened these pillow cases and also the bed sheets. They are so soft and light. I don't want to get out of bed in the mornings. Thank you Amazon for such a wonderful purchase.

I love these pillow cases i purchased one set of two and liked them so much i ordered another set . These hold up great have not shrank or pulled apart and the color hasnt faded .These are made of great quality and i love the color, looks nice with my white comforter i would recommend these and the seller very fast shipping.

Disappointed in the feel and fabric even tho I knew these were microfiber and not cotton and did not give a "thread count" for the product.
I have purchased incredible cotton pillowcases on this site and will continue to do so. These cases do not wrinkle in the dryer, but since I hang most of my laundry to extend the longevity of the fabric, these may last a while. Also, I for one like the fold over top in the opening of the case. It assists in keeping pillows in the cases and in place.
I ordered them specifically for the color, as this is a difficult shade to locate in pillowcases. Love the color!

What do you say about pillow cases, I was disappointed in these adding extra pillows to my bed use extra pillows for watching in bed use my laptop. Looking for cases to accent my shams. I have great sheets on my bed and a beautiful quilt, thought I was getting nice heavy you know nice quality. I just have a annoying quirk about sheets I should of spend a lot more money, and got the quality I would be happy with. They are a nice size the color is pretty. They wash well. I kept them and use them. I'm sure there fine for most people, I was just looking more for a 1200 tc.

I ordered these to use with a nice, black, queen sheet set I'd recently purchased, but annoyingly only came with two pillow cases and no option to get any other matching pillow cases. I was highly disappointed when these arrived as they were not soft at all and they were thin enough to see through.

Thankfully, the seller was quick to respond to my return request and did give me a full refund.
