I was looking to replace the bins in our playroom IKEA Expedit book shelf. The ones we purchased at IKEA were cheap (in price and manufacture) and I was hoping to find something a little more durable, but with style too. Unfortunately, these did not meet my quality expectations. I figured that with the price being 4xs what the IKEA ones cost they would be more like a quality canvas fabric. They're EXACTLY the same construction as the IKEA version (thin, not very sturdy sides, very thin fabric covering). They are adorable - I'll give them that but I have a feeling they won't last much longer than the ones we are replacing. They ARE the perfect size for the IKEA expedit book shelf, which can be tricky to find.

I bought three 3 Sprouts bins and I really like them all. I guess I was expecting them to be like canvas, but they are more of a nylon. Sort of like a tent material that could be wiped clean, which isn't a bad thing! I will say, this kangaroo is ORANGE, y'all. I would say it's closer to neon/blaze orange than the primary, pumpkin-like color pictured. I don't dislike the brightness, but it was not what I thought I was getting, hence one less star. The peacock is very true to the colors show and I just love the turquoise blue. The brown dog is my favorite, though. He's just so stinking cute! I will say that the "yellow" stripes on the dog's ear are kind of an apricot color, not a true yellow. Not a problem for me, just a clarification.

I really like this simple box. I bought it as a place to store my ever-growing collection of baby toys and such in the living room. I wanted something that indicated "kid" but not in an obnoxious way. It's a great size, and can be easily folded up and put away. I also personally like that the baby gym fits around it (as seen in the picture).
