My wife recently started wearing hearing aids and found that it was actually cheaper to buy the batteries at her doctor's office than any of our retailers, including the big box discounters. It still costs money though.

I ran across these and decided to purchase them to see whether they would save us any money, because although about half the price of the doctor's office, I expected them to be old stock, or some crazy off brand with quality control problems. Actually I expected we'd end up throwing some or all of them away.

Boy was I wrong.

The batteries are new stock and are the same EXACT brand as what my wife has been buying all along. With those conditions you really can't go wrong. Shipping was rapid - although not as immediate as running to the doctor's office.

We'll be buying more in the future.

These batteries are every bit as good as I had hoped after reading the other reviews. I have been using them for a few months now, and they have longer life than the mercury free batteries supplied by my audiologist when I got my hearing aides. Some of the reviews I had read say they've only gotten one, two, or three days use from them. I was getting about seven days from my previous batteries supplied by my audiologist, and I am getting about 8 1/2 days with these in my Phonak hearing aides. I have had one battery that died prematurely, but these are such a great value, I have no problem with an occasional bad one (as long as it is a very occasional bad one). So far I am very happy with these and will continue to buy them.

I have lived with other brand hearing aid batteries for three years. Some not even making thru the first days usage. My ENT recommended this brand and told me to order thru Amazon. Best bargain around, one third the price of the 16 pack I was getting locally. Have averaged four days of usage on each battery. Most pleased, definitely will reorder.

This is my third set of 60 Power One 312 batteries. The first two sets were the regular 'with mercury' version which are inexpensive but last as long as the more expensive brands that can be purchased locally. My latest purchase was the 'Mercury Free' version which cost a bit more. So I was surprised to find that they didn't last as long. With the regular version, I get about two and a half days (2 days, 12 hours) of use. With the mercury free version, I only get two days (2 days, 0 hours) of use, a 20% reduction. And two of the first 10 lasted only one day! I certainly won't buy the mercury free version next time.

My audiologist recommended this brand for my hearing aids. The newer hearing aids (mine were made by Phonak) are like computers and require a constant source of power as they automatically and continually adjust to the environment the wearer is in (in a car, a large room, etc). These batteries fulfill this requirement. They also provide excellent support for my Bluetooth receiver that lets me listen to music, phone calls, etc directly from my hearing aids. The expiration date on the batteries was years in the future which was a relief even though I'll go through these in less than a year.

I recently got Liberty hearing aids from Sam's club. They provided 10 free batteries (no mercury) which lasted for me 7-8 days before changing. In reading the reviews below I decided to try these out and they last the same time as what Sam's provided. Price wise paying $16 for a half year supply I thought was quite affordable.
