In short, this shirt is great! Keeps me very warm, is lightweight, and fits perfectly. I ordered in an XL instead of my normal L are I wanted a little bit longer length since I will use this for both running and cycling, and wanted to be able to tuck it in my tights and bibs.
I did want to share some information and pictures regarding how to care for an item. As you may have seen, a less-than-intelligent consumer left a one star review for this item because it "melted in her dryer." She blamed this on the fact that the shirt came with "no care tag or instructions," which was clearly untrue. Therefore, I felt compelled to share with the Amazon Community that this item:
a) Comes in a box that says not to put it in the dryer, and
b) Indeed does have an internal tag that tells you not to put it in the dryer.
Therefore, don't be absent-minded like the one-star reviewer who put this in the dryer and then tried to blame it on Gore. Be smart; wash it in the washer, then lay it flat to dry.

This top basically melted in my drier. Without any care instructions and warning labels on the shirt, it melted completely while drying. i found it really dangerous and the melted pieces also stuck on my other clothing items. I think the manufacturer should fix these imperfections.
