I was skeptical at purchasins a 6' cable so I went with a 4' cable. The 6' cable is what I should have purchased instead. I haven't put this cable into operation because I fear accidental disconnection will occur while towing my larger trailer but for a short hitch trailer this will work well.

This is a great idea for your RV brake away pin. However, they say its 4 ft long but its much shorter than that. The tenson on it seems like it will pull the pin at ant time, Dont waste your money on this cable GET THE 6 FT much better. Only 1 star because of this.
