First off. Just like humans, every puppy/dog is completely different. Some dogs/breeds take different sorts of dog food completely different from one another. That being said, Blue Buffalo Wilderness puppy food in chicken is amazing for my pure bred pitbull pupy who is now 10 weeks old. Had her since she was 7 weeks. The breeder I bought her from was feeding her pedigree. I could tell right when the switch was official to this blue buffalo puppy food she automatically had healthier look, to her less tired like before, healthy coat. And also lost the little puppy pudge constipated belly she had when I first recieved her. Thats also because i feed her on a schedule three times a day not just set food out and let her eat whenever, that is how you let your dog turn obese. Anyways I rate this product a solid 10 FOR MY PUPPY this is the best thing out there. It gives her the necessary protein a growing athletic pit bull pup needs and i love that it is grain free, real chicken and all natural ingredients . I can read and identify every single ingredient on the ingredient list. The price is a lot. But od prefer to pay for my dog to be healthy rather than pay for garbage dog food the equivalent of mcdonalds to humans in dog food for the cheap stuff. My pup is healthy, active and happy thank s to blue so SO AM I! If its not right for YOUR dog that's jist it. Trial and error..you cant magically make your pups body and tummy accept food that just wont work for him/her because it wasnt meant to work for that individual pup. Rember that before slamming blue. Unless blue buffalo killed ur animal and you have the proof to back it up than you should have nothing to say other than it just wont work for your dog, try something else or a different recipe from the line stop blaming and make an effort to figure out what WILL work.

I was feeding my GSD pup this food according to the bag's guidelines. She hit a huge growth spurt and looks like she could be Skeletor's dog. She'll be turning a year this March so we're switching over to the Adult Large Breed and hopefully she can get some meat on her bones, but she's never refused to consume this product.
Switching to the adult bag, I'm a bit apprehensive after reading about Blue Buffalo's false advertising lawsuit, but I guess we'll see how things go.
