I began using this spray after my sister recommended it to me. I have been "addicted" to nasal spray for many years and cannot breath without it. The Doc kept telling me I needed to stop so I gave this a try. I purchased the nighttime as well as the regular one. The nighttime spray burns just a tad at first but it is tolerable. It contains eucalyptus and menthol to help you stay clearer through the night. I use it right before bed and the regular saline as soon as I get up in the morning. I am sleeping much better now not having to get up several times a night congested. I was able to work my way off the nasal spray with all the chemicals and whatnot and my sinuses are thankful for it. If you have sinus issues I highly recommend this product. As always consult your doctor before use. Mine says its great.

This nasal spray was horrible. I should have looked more closely at the ingredients, yet assumed because the brand is "simply saline" that it was mostly that, instead found benzalkonium chloride (preservative/carcinogen) and alcohols, which completely dried out my sinuses, caused nosebleeds, and created more congestion! I suffer from sleep apnea and use a CPAP-seems the only way to use saline is in a neti-pot or rinse.

Using this will keep your sinuses clear and open. It not only rinses your sinus out - it leaves behind a menthol to keep them open. I've had so much less general sinus issues since using this daily. Personally, I find it easiest to use in the shower.

It was terrible and I tried so many different things to fix the problem. Since I started using this 5 months ago, I've only had 2 since. Excellent stuff. Warning, 1st time you use it you are going to feel funny. It's the eucalyptus and alcohol working hard to heal you.
