I tried buying these on Disney DVD when they were released a few years ago and was not impressed with the slightly squeakier voices due to PAL transfers or whatever. It really got under my skin so I tried buying a few eps on instant video. I love these quite a bit better than my DVDs. They sound like X-men and the heliumesk quality is solid gone.

If you're looking for a mature Saturday morning cartoon for adults and kids, you've come to the right place. They sure don't make them like this anymore. The episodes are just as awesome as I remember from when I was a kid. My only problem with these episodes is that a good deal of them aren't in the chronological order they were meant to be in. I saved a page on which Steve Melching, one of the writers, gave a chronological listing of these episodes and present them here in case anyone's interested. Oh yeah, and if you buy these from instant video, you won't have to do all that wretched DVD flipflopping! You'll save shelf space too.

We used to watch this every Saturday when we were children, and it's still just as great today! I'm very happy Amazon added this to the lineup.

Why can't they make cartoons like this any more? Kids these days are missing out. This toon is a bit cheesy but the message that seems to be missing from most shows these days is there.

MY CHILDHOOD IS HAPPY!
Now to get all the kids who visit during the holidays to watch this, and make them enjoy one of my favorite shows as a kid.

This is a great super hero cartoon! Definitely worth watching, just be forgiving of the 90's influence on fashion/technology/hair. Worth a rewatch for the kid in you, safe for your kids to see for the first time.

Great cartoon that follows the comic books. Looking forward to my son enjoying these like I still do. X-Men are are by far the best in the Marvel universe.

Brings me back to my childhood. I wish ALL of the seasons were included with the Prime Membership. So far only season one and two are free with Prime.

I've been enjoying these early episodes. So much so, in fact, that I have watched all of the ones available. So, bring on some more seasons! Please?
