I was looking for something that would honestly replace the creamer in my coffee. After months of using only coconut milk, I finally stumbled upon this wonderful product! It is creamy and only slightly coconut flavored, if you notice it at all. The package says to use the product within two days of opening but I've kept it in the fridge for two weeks without any change in taste.

In dealing with food intolerances, many products have one or two things added that most people even don't notice. They are not worried about what is in the food. After all, if they look they see these seemingly innocent ingredients in so many things they HAVE TO BE SAFE, RIGHT?
If you don't have a reaction to that small amount of added ingredient, you see it as no problem. But for the vastly growing number of us in the population, sudden onset of food allergies and intolerances leaves us with very little to eat. What seems to be an innocent ingredient, or even a welcome one if you feel it keeps the product fresher longer.... there is no innocence for those who cannot tolerate it.

I was THRILLED after finding I am corn/soy/gluten/dairy intolerant, that I can actually have SOMETHING fun and interesting to eat! Its pure. Nothing added. Its safe!!!

This Coconut Cream is lusciously delicious! It can be whipped for whipped cream for those who cannot have dairy. It is very close in consistency to dairy whipping cream.
I can finally have a latte again!
And my coveted coconut chicken just like the Chinese buffets serve!

It should be used within two days of opening, or frozen. Freezing does not harm the consistency in any way.

This coconut cream is to die for! The free shipping is a plus!

Love this coconut cream. I put it in the ice cube tray and take it out one at a time for my coffee. Yum

I posted this review about the AROY-D 100% PURE Coconut Cream, 33.8 Oz package (3-pack) also. But I ordered this first, as I wasn't sure if it would work for me.

I am on a diet that requires me to temporarily be dairy-free and needed something for my coffee. But I didn't want canned coconut milk, as I understand that the BPA-free cans contain BPS, which is nearly as nasty. I wanted something in aseptic packages.

When I first used it in coffee, it did taste slightly coconut-like, but not in an overwhelming way. I am someone who can't use virgin coconut oil cause it's too strong, I get expeller pressed. But this did not taste like too much coconut for use as a healthy coffee creamer.

The package says to refrigerate after opening and to use within 2 days. I do neither of these and it remains quite yummy & edible.

I have also used it in a few recipes calling for coconut milk just by diluting half way with water.

But my new FAVORITE is adding a tablespoon or two of this to a mug of homemade chicken broth and a bit of sea salt. THIS IS INCREDIBLY YUMMY!

I have been buying this coconut milk and coconut cream for several years. It is supposed to be one of the few that are packaged without bpa and without gums. Prior to 2014, it was an amazing product. It was full of cream, and the cream rose to the top almost without any refrigeration, at least 3/4ths of the package was cream. The milk that was left over was still thick. I was able to use it to make wonderful coconut whipped cream, ice cream, you name it. beginning in 2014 I have noticed a distinct change in the product. It now has a much lower cream content (the coconut cream now has about the same cream content the coconut milk used to have), the cream is runny and will not stick together at the top regardless of how long I refrigerate it (no more scooping it off with a spoon), and when you open the box it appears oily on top. There is actually a noticeable layer of oil floating above the milk. It seems like it has been emulsified, and/or possibly has some gum in it. It will no longer make as stiff of whipped cream, and the ice cream isn't as easy or good either. Putting it in coffee, it won't gently dissolve like it used to, it swirls together unnaturally and looks curdled. Its still one of the better coconut milks and creams on the market, depending on what you need it for, curry is a good example. But forget using it as cream.

This appeared to be the purest coconut cream I could find that was not in a can. I still do not prefer the "juice box" packaging (there is a ton of controversy over the aluminum used in this type of packaging still leaching into the food) but this is the best I could find. And I was not disappointed. I was wanting to make a Coconut Layer cake for my birthday and it was delicious. Very good product. Would recommend. :-)

After trying about 1/2 dozen recipes for making non dairy ice-cream and I found one that called for whole fat coconut milk. It was still a little too thin for my tasting. I want a whole fat, whole flavor, really decadent dessert, just no cows milk. :) So I took that recipe from the web and modified it with this product - Aroy-D Coconut Cream and WOW! Great, smooth and creamy ice cream. There are even tiny specs of coconut in there. I had to try it so I drank out of the carton and the coconut flavor is full, creamy and just about good enough to drink alone. In ice cream it is perfect. I just ordered 12 more to keep on hand.

My recipe:
4 cups coconut cream (whole carton)
4 egg yokes
2 T coconut oil
1 T vanilla paste
1 T vanilla extract
1 cup sugar
2 pinches salt
3 T chocolate powder

Whisk together all ingredients really well. Heat it on the stove to in a medium sauce pan on low heat until it coats the back of a spoon, stirring often. (about 20 minutes). Let it cool in the fridge. (I let my cool overnight) Add the mixture to the ice cream makers directions and in 20 minutes, voila. Awesome non-dairy home make ice cream.
