I purchased these to replace my stock headlights that were turning yellow. Had I known then what I know now I wouldn't have made the purchase.

The product looks fantastic, but the low beams were horrible. It was like driving with 2 flashlights.

After replacing the bulbs with higher quality bulbs, then with HID's (which melted the front plastic,) I finally figured out the focal length was wrong. An email to the company was not helpful, and after reading a review on another site that praised the product as long as you leave the high beams on, I decided it was time to give up. I ordered OEM headlights, threw these in the garbage, and never looked back. It was an expensive lesson, and next time I'll do more research when purchasing an item that could cause a safety issue.

Nice lights, unfortunately the smoked lenses reduce the brightness of the headlights...almost too much. I bought brighter bulbs and it's better but I may have to go to a superbright LED to get the brightness I want. Another negative: you have to remove the headlights to make adjustments or replace bulbs. Once you remove the headlights it's obviously difficult to see and confirm your adjustments. You have to make small adjustments, put the light back in, take them out, make adjustments put them back and then put it all back together once correct and hope nothing moves when you tighten and re-install everything. This may be true for the stock headlights. If so it's a major design flaw on the vehicle.

These are great looking lights. However, two of the LED's were out when I went to install these. Contacted Spyder and they promptly sent replacements. The H1 lights that come with these are horrible. You cannot see and adjusting these light are a real pain. There is no room to get a wrench in after they have been installed to adjust them. You must remove them to adjust them and then re install them. So it's a crap shoot as to if they are in the right position. Within two weeks one of the H1 bulbs had burned out. I ended up putting in Kensun HID's 35 watts which helped tremendously, although I'm sure this will void the warranty.

These look great and dress up the nose of my Tahoe. Instructions were a bit vague and most of the installation instructions I did find were online. One note is the low beam lights on these are terribly dim compared to OE. I plan to see if brighter bulbs are available for the low beam and feel they should be included with the lights when you buy them. On low it's almost dangerous how dim they are. High beams are nice and bright. Be aware that if you need more light these are not for you.

5 LEDs could be brighter , original ones are too dim and a bit yellowish. Had to file bulb opening bigger to fit hids.But they look great easy plug and play for stock H1 hologen bulbs. To add hids need to modify.

These lights were very hard to install and we had to take the whole bumper off in order to get them on..the wires do not line up as directed and I ended up spending hours online trying to find a way to get them to work. I finally have them working now but they aren't as bright as I would imagine they should be. I wouldn't buy them again.
