This marmelade is a revelation. I always thought that Orange Marmelade was the best of all marmelades but once I tasted this stuff, I will never have that poor excuse for a marmelade again. The flavor of this is so robust and it lingers on the palate, calling you back for more. Delightfully complex and vibrant citrus taste. Do yourself a favor and slather a bit of sweet butter on a steaming hot biscuit and add a dollop of this stuff. Prepare to be transported to your "Happy Place!"

I really did not want to review this marmalade because it is soo good and soo hard to find. When Amazon finally had it I bought all available jars of it (nine)so I should be set for a while. it has a spectacular taste, hard to describe but to be compared with the affect canary diamonds have on people, we just do not want to live without them anymore.

Just in case y'all buy up the entire production of this divine marmalade, I planted a Yuzu tree which should withstand our North Georgia climate just fine and provide me with plenty of fruit to survive the times when y'all act as greedy as I did and buy up everything that is available.

This marmalade is not only good on toasted English muffins, it makes chicken salad sparkle end makes some creamy cheeses become memorable.

This is a fascinating marmalade. The fruit is definitely a citrus yet nothing I've had before. The 'jelly' part of the marmalade is sweet - probably too sweet for those who love the bitter-peel marmalades. I like sweeter marmalades so I'm happy with that aspect. After the initial sweet taste on the tongue & unique citrus flavor of the fruit, I was caught off guard then intrigued by the bite of a thicker-cut bitter peel. I've tried & enjoyed (altho not as much) bitter-peel marmalades - this is right in-line with those. So something for everyone! However, those who hate sweet marmalades or bitter-peels probably won't be as intrigued by this marmalade as I am.

Its expensive - no question about that. I love new & unique things & rarely indulge - so it was worth it!

This is great, tasty marmalade that can be eaten by the spoonful if not on toast. It is a bit tart, but not as bitter as others. It seems to be made from a tangerine like fruit produced in Japan. I love it!

I have bought this item already 4 times. I love orange marmalade, and the yuzu just makes it a really sophisticated flavor. Its sweetness is fine, a bit on the high side, but nothing different from most marmalades. You will delight yourself, and perhaps your guests if enough of it is left for them! It complements butter and croissants really well.

This is quite good. However, I bought it to add to my shelf of unusual items shown on the TV program "Chopped." My husband and I watch, and he occasionally says "I bet you don't have that" -- I often do indeed, but when I don't, I view it as a challenge and go looking for the produced, and I'm happy to say Amazon is Happy Hunting Grounds for such items. I love marmalade, generically, but this particular marmalade is very tasty indeed, and I plan on buying more of it. I may even try to find a tree that grows the particular citrus from which this is made--that means I truly love the flavor. If you enjoy marmalade, I would suggest you try this one.
