I bought this product because I was looking for a post-workout supplement to help with muscle recovery and soreness. I am happy with the way this product works. It is all natural which I love. Most post-workout supplements have a lot of unnecessary added ingredients, but not this one. It has branch chain amino acids and glutamine which are needed for rebuilding muscles. It has a mild watermelon flavor, but you can mix with any natural juice for an enhanced flavor. It is not as sweet as most post-workout supplements, because it is sweetened naturally with stevia. Overall very happy with this post-workout recovery supplement. Amazon sells it for a fair price.

This stuff may do the job, but it tastes terrible. I've tried mixing it with my preworkout drink and it does not mask the awful flavor. I know people say to mix it with juice or other things, but that doesn't work for me. I work out in a fasted state and do not want to take in any calories from juice before my workout. I will not be buying this again.

The taste experience was horrific. it says Watermelon, but smells like a mix of mango, and tastes incredibly bitter. it foams immensely as well. the actual post workout effect is there, and I am not displeased wit the effectiveness. perhaps there's a defect in the jar I ordered, so I'm looking into a refund.
