These are very simple little clips. I bought the small or 1 inch sized clips and put them onto my Nathan Shadow Pack. The elastic bands help it fit comfortably on the belt, while not slipping around too much and not over the belt clip! I used these in a race back in June and like using them more than safety pins. Now I never have to tear the house apart looking for them, or worry about the tiny holes in my shirts anymore! Generally my race tag stayed down during the race, but I checked a couple of times since the little straps do move around a little bit since you don't pin them in place (although I suppose you could if you wanted to.) Can't wait to use them again in future races!

Update: I have now worn these for several races--2-5k's, an 8k, 2-10k's and a half marathon. My bib did not fly up once during any of the races despite checking it several times throughout the courses. So much better than safety pins, since you can basically wait until the last minute to put your bib on once its on one of the clips and super easy to put on quickly!

Just what I needed to easily add my bid number to my fuel belt. The description didn't say it was a two pack so I ended up ordered two and getting four [two complete sets]. It's okay, I'll use them or share with my husband.

My order was suppose to be for the 3" but they sent the 2" instead. I have one of the larger Nathan gel pack belts so my Note 2 phone can fit, the 2" attachments ended up fitting perfectly on the belt, I wanted them to be able to slide up to the wider part of the belt so I have the option to place the number over the pack, these worked great.

Great idea..... First time I used it I ripped my number. I recommend strengthening race number holes with eye supports. Preferably plastic ones if they have them. Make sure race legal to do that.
