I live near the water, as such, it is freezing in the winter! So I found myself not being able to bike outside as much as I wanted. So I got this stationary bike stand and it does it job well. It is made with strong material and it is very steady. The nuts that hold to the back wheel are strong enough that I don't need to expose the screw on my bike. I just tough the two, make it tight and bike away.

Easy set up despite the poor instructions included. I used this set-up video instead; https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KM1xtm2bhlg

There is not a riser block included (the little rest for your front tire) so I would include one in your purchase to keep your front tire steady and level.. Also, it says "quiet" but its like turning on a very loud box fan even at the lowest resistance setting.

This is my first trainer stand and I guess I need to do more research next time. The tension wheel did not reach my 26in tire so I had to prop it up with a dumbbell and when I did it makes such a racket! Luckily I use it in my basement so it isn't to bad. I will keep it until I find a better one. And I think I will go to a bike store to by one because this is something you need to see in person in order to judge if it is ok or not

It was well built and about half the price as similar ones in the bike store. It did however have a spare part that could not be put any where. I guess that is better than being shorted parts.

The trainer works ok for the money. I use it to simply get some exercise indoors when I'm not taking my bike outside, and for that purpose it works fine. The assembly instructions are all wrong so if anyone is mechanically challenged, the instructions will confuse you. After ignoring the instructions and just looking at the item itself, I was able to put it together. The advertisement on Amazon also said that "The trainer locks down on quick release or bolt on rear wheels, hooking up to just about any bike." That may be technically true but the clamping part is made of metal and scratched and marred my quick release lever severely because it didn't really fit the lever; I had to put a small cloth there in order not to scratch my lever any more, but the fit is not that good. Also the lock down part for the two clamp arms are made of plastic and I feel it might break some time in the near future; once that happens the trainer will be useless. But for now it works.
