We bought 4 of these to protect our ipad minis and android tablets at a conference at which we were demoing our new game. We were skeptical of them since the whole system relies on glue to keep the iPads secured, but purchased them anyway because there were no other options for the mini. They did the job of looking effective and prevented most people from attempting to steal our devices. However, one nine year old girl was particularly excited about our game, and although she wasn't attempting to steal the ipad, did try to take it with her while running to see her dad. Needless to say, the glue failed and the lock popped right off, easily defeated by her momentum. So, if you want to look safe, buy these, but if you need actual security, you might want to invest in some kind of full enclosure lock.

Works well. Comes with an alcohol swab to clean before glueing. Comes with glue.

The quality of the piece that glues to the iPad is well made, but not perfect. One of the edges is a little rough.

My main complaint is that this is obviously just a mild deterrent given the attachment point is glued on, but the cable is pretty thick and somewhat stiff. I was hoping for a thinner, lighter, more flexible cable.

The glue on anchor plate is actually rectangular and approximately 2" x 3/4" and about 1/2" thick. Not what I was looking for so I returned.
