Tasty chips. If you are on a low carb diet, like me, then you know that regular chips are completely off limits! Im always searching for something that has that "crunch" that i am always missing (from chips, crackers, etc).

These HAVE that crunch. My only gripe I have with these is that they are a little greasy. But i can get past that one negative aspect because IM EATING CHIPS! I would love it, also, if they could come in bigger pieces, but I understand carrots, parsnips and beets arent really as big as potatoes... so you are going to get smaller chip sizes. Heres hoping to some creative flavors!

I like that this is fairly healthy, as far as snack chips go, but would have preferred less salt and oil. The carrot chips were perfect though.
