Directions
For best results, use daily as your all-over body lotion. Smooth on evenly. Allow several minutes to dry prior to dressing. Wash your hands after application. This is one of the few gradual tanning lotions that also offers SPF, which I love! Who has time to use a million different products every day? I need my products to multi-task! The tan is definitely gradual and subtle...but eventually a little orange-y. I prefer these lotions to tanning sprays though...just remember to wash your hands afterwards!

Great color for the day, and it seems to build. However, as can be expected, when I shave my legs I definitely notice the color coming off so take that into account. I'm very, very pale, and I did see some blotches, but I'm really trying to use this like a daily lotion and not worry too much, so I was probably applying recklessly. The blotches aren't terrible anyway. I would buy and use this again for sure.

I don't do much for tanning and have skin that tends to tan fairly easily.
I love this stuff. It's great that it has SPF in. Helps to start that summer/spring tan while adding the SPF protection you need after a winter indoors. I like to use a make-up sponge to apply to the tops of my hands after I wash them (otherwise you can tell I've been cheating on my tan. lol).
I have found that if I use this every other day or so it seems to last a while (or at least protect the color of my natural tan).
Also, at the advice of a friend, I decided to go with the medium-tan color to add stronger color that accumulates quicker. Jergens recommends going with your starting color (which I have also tried and works well for a more subtle glow).
Also, make sure you don't use a body scrub too often to help keep your color (although it is a good idea before you start to help keep your skin smooth and give you a good clean slate). I prefer to use a moisturizing soap (Cocoa Butter seems to hold a tan well) and use either a rich body butter or cocoa butter lotion on days I don't do the gradual tan. I'd like to try the full body BB Cream from Jergens as well. Hope this helps if you've been having problems with your gradual tan. (Also, the face lotion rocks. I do suggest going a color lighter on the face lotion though, as it seems to be a little darker for some reason).

I love the Jergens natural glow products but the product that you actually receive is the scented version, which is NOT WHAT'S SHOWN IN THE PICTURE! The bottle doesn't even look the same. I had to return it twice because they kept sending me the wrong thing!

It's one step less....getting moisturized after a shower. Because you're building in a natural looking tan while you moisturize and add protection against a sunburn. I use it every day and it has helped me to only look about 68. (Just turned 78.) And what a bonus to know that I may indeed be preventing skin cancer. Yes, Jergens has another smart and easy to use skin product.
