These Butter Toffee peanuts are quite good I just wish they had more of a buttery taste but instead it's more candy tasting. Their pretty good though! Crunchy & sweet/ I'm glad this company sells them because their hard to find in the store and the ones I have found like in Albertsons just does'nt taste good. I would buy these again. Thanks

Arrived late and most of the glaze was crumbled into small pieces in the package. This was to be a gift, but because of the late arrival and the mangled condition of the contents I will probably use it in a cookie recipe or whatever! It's final destiny might be the trash receptacle. Oh yes....the nuts were just a bit rancid. I would not recommend.

Maybe my package spent too much time in the elements getting to me as the toffee was NOT crunchy and the peanuts tasted like they were old. The experience is more like eating chewy caramel - not what I was expecting nor what I like. I would not recommend.

These are delicious, but I can taste that they have left the peanut skins on before coating. If you like the slightly bitter taste of peanut skins, you will love these. If peanut skins aren't your thing, the sweetness of the toffee almost totally counteracts the bitterness of the skins and you will still eat the whole bag. I bought these to make a copycat recipe for Dairy Queen's Krunch topping- it was close, but without the skins I think the recipe would have been perfect.

How disappointing! The peanuts were horrible! It's a bad sign to take them out of the box and see more crumbs and bald peanuts than toffee coated ones. On top of that, the nuts were stale. I was so disappointed because they're hard to find at the grocery store. This was going to be my steady gourmet toffee peanut source. So much for that. Don't waste your money on these. They really need to discontinue offering them to save their reputation if for no other reason. You'll enjoy Planters Sweet n' Crunchy peanuts a lot more until you can find the gourmet ones you crave.

These are wonderful. The peanuts are fresh and coated with a thick layer of sweet, salty toffee. I ordered a one pound bag to try because some of the reviews were bad. The next week I ordered another one pound bag. The week after that I ordered the 5 pound bag! These are the perfect toffee peanuts. Sure, some of the coating comes off, but that is to be expected.

We've recently tasted these. They tasted okay, but looking at the ingredients we wondered: Where's the butter! Toffee is made with butter. This product is mearly a sugar glazed peanut, made with suger, and has an hydrogenated ingredient!
Bad news, if you're even remotely health conscious and wish to avoid one of the most harmful health ingredients.
