I could feel the difference immediately and it performed well overall, About 1000 miles ago scooter flat lined as i was pulling into a major Road RT 1 and she went into forced idle mode . to keep the bike moving but no response on the wick. had a few codes 1511 and a few others on my 09 FLHX so i cleared the codes and ran around some more and she flat lined again,,pulled over cleared codes and got the scooter back to the barn and pulled the air cleaner (K&N fully aspirated)Checked the plugs and made sure they were sealed and they were.
So i let this bike get good and hot and took it for another blast and she did it again so i went back to the barn again and removed the V&H Throttle pac and the scooter is now back to running well. if it does it again i will let you know. via a post here.also note that the temps here have been Humid and 93+ degs so i think it has failed due to heat and it does get mounted in a very hot spot im sure they took that into the game when they came up with it but i sure as heck should have lasted more than a 14 months bought it in 5-9-12 and today is 7-15-13 just under 6000 miles.Not happy at all a huge let down. dont waste you cash its really not worth it. Well i just called V&H and asked if they have had any info with this thing flat lining and they said well it happens and its out of warranty and i knew all that but
i figured i would send it out to them and they could test it and find what is wrong and they can correct the problem before they really fudge there name and the guy said no there is no need for that to just go out and buy another one. i told him that i will write a review that will cost them and he just said nothing so here it is.The # i called is there head quarters in CA.1-562 921-0071 called them 745 est june 15,2013 not happy with there response on this @ all!

The lag with the TBW on my 2008 Road King was noticeable. After reading forum comments and reviews I decided to try it out. The throttle response is certainly better, not a drastically change but there is a difference. I like the quicker boost especially highway riding.

Purchased this for my wifes Street Glide. It does improve throttle response and make the throttle less jerky at low speeds. You really should not need one of these if Harley could make them right if the first place. But since HD would rather ignore complaints about the throttle at least we have this option. Def worth the money

I couldn't really give five stars just yet, not enough seat time , it does really make a noticeable feel with throttle input , which to me, is a large problem with the butterfly slowly following throttle input without the throttlepack installed. I would buy again .
