I've always been interested in the Burt's Bees tinted lip balm but didn't want to pay double the price of their normal lip balm. I grabbed one on sale and I am very happy.

The packaging is misleading. I always though the tinted balms were going to be the size of glue sticks because of the packaging, but no, inside, there's a normal size brown tube with a simple label. I think it's more chic-looking than their normal yellow ones.

The honeysuckle is a great nude (but not too light) color. Looks very natural on and VERY moisturizing. It has the slightest sweet flavor and the smell is very light and pleasant. I dislike scented products, but this was great.

I don't think I'd pay the full price for it, just because I'm frugal like that. But if it's the same price (or similar) as the chap sticks, I DEFINITELY think it's worth it and want to buy more colors.

It's a disappointment that Burt's Bees discontinued the tinted lip balm. Honeysuckle and tiger lily are my favorite color, it gives your lips a hint of color and looks very natural.

WOW! This lip balm moisturizes like no other lip balm I have tried...with beautiful color! What more can you ask? It seems to stay put for a lot longer, too, and at the end of the day, my lips are soft and moisturized. There is no flavor (which is fine with me) and no noticeable odor (I do have a poor sense of smell, and one review mentioned an odor). This is not a "waxy" feeling lip balm, and it is not sticky. There is no SPF, but I work inside all day and am more concerned with moisturizing and having great color...I can switch to a balm with SPF when I leave work. I highly recommend it.
