I am very particular when it comes to perfumed lotions, and due to a brain injury, my sense of smell has increased and made me very sensitive to any smell in the area. Most make me a bit sick, but this one was rather pleasant and I am pleased to be able to wear it without getting sick. Also the perfumes my husband gave me as a birthday gift, the three small bottles, different scents , each one a delight. All are lightly scented and wouldn't clear a room when you walk in.

I bought this because I love the Cleopatra perfume, but I feel like the lotion is a bit different. I didn't have a chance to test it out, but it smells slightly more like grapefruit and less of the patchouli/floral base tone that you initially smell with the perfume. But all in all, its a thick lotion and hydrates like any other lotion on the market.

I bought the eau de par fume at Sephora and absolutely fell in love with the scent but it did not last as long as I would have liked but with this lotion as a layering, I find that the scent lasts all day.
It really is a unique scent with a fresh grapefruit under tone which I love...very fresh and feminine.
