I like these peanuts, because I like peanuts, but these are too salty- there is another brand that is the bomb and that's the- Sea Salt and Cracked Pepper, I bought the 32oz can from a store call Ross and I only paid $10.00 for it, it's much more here on amazon, but they are the best; so since I love those so much, I thought I'd try a different flavor so I purchased these- I was not impressed at all, so I took 1 star off-it's not their fault I didn't like them- there was no flavor just a pound of salt on every peanut. I like the fact that these peanuts are large. So the old saying goes you get what you pay for, but these were not cheap peanuts, so I didn't get what I paid for- if I wanted salt I could have purchased salt-try at your own risk, but I recommend the Sea Salt and Cracked Pepper, I'm trying to make my 32oz last for a while, because I won't purchase them from amazon because they are too much money and Ross is a one time introductory store, there you have it.

Salt and pepper sounds so basic, but you don't see it in the grocery stores and the cracked black pepper really does add something nice to the flavor. Williamsburg peanut products are just the best and you'll never want grocery store bought, mass produced peanuts again after experiencing the difference.

A most excellent product! Although I feel that the Plow & Hearth version has a slight edge to this product I still highly recommend it as you won't be disappointed. I've ordered many a cans the Southern Shores Sea Salt & Pepper peanuts and they are a high quality product. Do not compare the taste of these peanuts to the average peanut as they are not on the same planet... It's difficult to describe the difference in taste but, much like a taste of their own.

These are salty but to us it is the right amount of salt! These have just the right amount of pepper and we can't stop eating them. Wish they had them available in a larger size. The peanuts are large and delicious and are the best!! We have tried the ones sold at Plow and Hearth and there is absolutely no comparision. Plow and Hearth are smaller and all different colors and no where near as good as the ones from the Peanut Shop of Williamsburg!!!!! My son-in-law doesn't care for alot of salt but he loves these.
