This is my fourth cookie press, and the last one I'll buy. It works, doesn't cripple my hand, keeps up well with my pace, most of the discs work well with my preferred recipe, or break down after the first use or two.

If I could give it zero stars I would. Made of cheap plastic that pops apart if you use any dough that is thicker than a thin slurry. Also set up to make cookies approximately 1/8" thick. Fine if you are making potato chips. There may be a solution to this problem but the instructions are written in Italian so there is no help there. It is a piece of junk and is on its way back to Amazon.
