Purchased this for my mom's 75th birthday party. The theme was "turtles" because she LOOOOOOOOOOOOOVES chocolate and caramel and pecan turtles. This was SUCH a sweet addition to our decorations and comPLETEly fit our theme. The party was in September 2014 (writing this review 10.10.15) and she still has the turtle out. It's in the basement by the pool table, but it's still out. He was on top of the china hutch for MONTHS ! ! ! ! Was a definite hit. Would purchase from seller in a heartbeat. Shipment was excellent. Product was in WONderful condition. It was a delight doing business with them.

This was the perfect addition to our party. The turtle had plenty of room to store candy, stickers, small bubble containers, toys, and other types of loot to make all of the kids happy! This turtle did not fall apart easily like other pinatas I have purchased in the past. Awesome turtle pinata. I bought this pinata for my son's birthday party. He wanted the traditional pinata that you hit to break it open (opposed to the pull string ones). This pinata held up very well. We had 5 kids at the party and they each went through the line 3 times before it was finally broke open. It's made out of thick cardboard and looks really cute.

It is really cute. We put about 3 pounds of candy in it, and it held. We had 10 kids (3-7 years) hit it. All the kids got to hit it several times. It did not bust open in the bottom, but somehow the top opened up, so the candy didn't go everywhere. It is not just made of paper Mache, but also of cardboard. it makes it sturdier, but maybe a little too sturdy.

I really like the piñata and is super cute. Unfortunately it was completely squished and has holes on a couple of the sides. I don't think this happened because of the box or package because the box didn't appear to have any dents or bends, I think they put it in the box and crushed it. I'm extremely disappointed and the party is tomorrow so there's no time to exchange it.

The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because the legs were broken and dangling when it arrived. The pinata held up to tons of candy and toys and took a long time (and an adult) to finally break open. The kids loved it!

It was a very cute pinata and my Grandma loved it for her surprised 80th bday party. I like that it is dimensional for the item rather than just a typical square or rectangle that you usually see in the party stores.The only suggestion I would make is to have the loop handle more sturdy. That piece only lasted a few whacks from a toddler blastic bat (from an 80 yr old and a few children ages 2-4) and not even 1/2 the kids had a turn. We ended up throwing the candy around the room for the kids to grab.
