well built, it came with almost everything, you will need two more 1" hose clamps to attach hoses to radiator. also this kit does not fit after market radiators unless they are the same size. Looks very cool once it is on and yes you will have to take off the plastics on the front. before you start cutting the hoses, dry fit everything to make sure thats where you want it...good luck..you wont be disappointed after your done.
P.S the only reason i gave it four stars is because i had to get two clamps and better instructions.

Very good kit. I used a brass 90 degree elbow to keep the rubber hoses from kinking. Other than that it is a pretty simple and straight forward installation. A must have if your going to snorkel your machine. I would have given 5 stars if the elbows where included.

Directions are extremely vague and had to do a little modifying to get it to work. I drilled holes through the body work to get it to run right where the old radiator mount was and wrapped all the places in radiator hose that could possibly wear through with bike tire innertube.

All in all a decent kit, my only gripes are that the shipping was slower then specified, the instructions are super basic and look like they were written by a five year old and the wire that was included for extending the fan wires is a joke, luckily the factory harness was long enough. But the fit was pretty good and the finish looks great.

A few more written instructions would have been nice, but shipping was really quick- arrived 3 days before they said it would. Had to purchase a 90 elbow at Lowes and another hose clamp but that was only to make the existing turn up for the relocate. We modified it a bit to fit an oversized (non stock) radiator just by flipping the end pieces and bolts. Look pretty good. FYI you can use a rotozip with a multipurpose bit for the plastics hole for the hose relocation, work well.
