Bought this as a last minute gift for my mother for use at our annual family reunion raffles. Came in the day prior(on time!) using my Prime acct. Mother was satified with the size and design. Key lock included was a bonus. With this purchase, they didnt have to rent one as they did every year now. Prior to finding this, glad we didnt have to settle for the cheesy-cheap one my dad purchased from walmart, because it was all they sold anyway.

We have raffles all the time and this is exactly what I needed. I ordered this about a year ago and found I needed another as we hold several raffles. I like the fact that it is clear. If you have more than about 150 tickets in it you will have to stick your hand in and mix them up as turning it doesn't really do the job. But for smaller raffles it works great.

This item broke the first evening we used it. We were able to use it for about 35 door prizes that were all pulled from one set of tickets put into the drum once. However, when we began to use if for individual raffles, ones we would place a set of tickets into it, draw one ticket, remove those tickets and move on to the next...the door could not handle that much opening and it is now broken.

Got this for church raffles. Everyone loves it because they can see that it locks, see their ticket(s) go in, see the little sliding cover that keeps tickets from falling out when the drum is rotated, and see the ticket being drawn. This degree of "transparency" keeps honest people honest!!

The raffle drum is a good looking piece of equipment for your raffle needs BUT ours was defective. The trap door was glued shut so no easy drop off for raffle tickets, and the lock was glued shut. So we had to return it.

As a gift for our golf club, I hoped this raffle ticket drum would be useful for the ticket drawings. The drum is weighted to keep it stable and because it is acrylic, no tickets will be trapped inside without being seen as is the case with our existing wire drum. There are two keys, one of which I taped to the bar below the drum in case one gets lost.
