I love that these came in a combo because I was interested in each. These were the perfect size for my 12 lb dog.

WATER BOTTLE -
I love that it's pink. The bottle is not hard plastic, it's squeezable. The lid has a small slit in it for releasing water. The slit remains closed until it's pressed against the drinking tray for dispensing the water. I've been using this pretty regularly and have never had a problem with it leaking. It is quite small, even fitting in my purse. For me and my dog, it's just the right size, but a larger dog would not be able to drink from this.

COLLAPSIBLE BOWL -
I really like this bowl. I wish it wasn't orange, but whatever, right. It fits great in my purse, or anywhere really, because it's flat. And then on command it's a bowl again. It feels durable. I take this all over the place when I have my dog with me. Especially if I'm already bringing my own water and don't want to carry 2 water bottles. I would love to find a cup size version of this to put in my car, since this small bowl is still too big for a cup holder.
NOTE: I already had a collapsible bowl that was made from a waterproof fabric material, and it's not as good. I like this pop-up bowl a lot better. It's MUCH easier to clean and dry, and I don't have to wonder if there's a leak I can't see.

Ok.. so this is another item you would hope, based on the good reviews and overall practicality of the item, would work as it is intended to. I have to say I was rather disappointed when I took the bottle with me in my bag and it leaked all over. The only way this bottle doesn't leak is when it is standing upright, which defeats the purpose of the bottle as being travel friendly.

In addition, I used the bowl a total of 10 times before it started falling apart - the plastic seams started tearing and I eventually had to throw it away since it was no longer useful.

I would invest a little more money into an actual Gulpy, which probably holds up better, and a high quality collapsible bowl.

If you have a small dog this would work perfectly. I have a medium size dog and if he were to lick water out of the water bottle dispenser he would either cut his tongue or splash all the water our of the tray. The bowl would have worked for the water better than the water dispenser. Since it would have cost almost as much as I paid for this to return, I just gifted it to my brothers dog who is small.

Should have known just by looking at it. When you squeeze the water out into the dish and stand it up, the whole thing just falls over. We have gotten around that by just unscrewing the bottle, pouring water into the dish, and leaving the two parts seperate. It works, but I'm sure that wasnt what was intended here. THe collapsible orange dish is handy, though.

My dogs prefer the bowel over the water bottle. The water bottle part seems too narrow for their noses, so they really don't like it. But it's definitely handy to have!

I was expecting to be able to open the pop the top of the bottle to dispense water, but you actually need to unscrew the bottle. I ended up not using this.
