Good shirts

Unlike one of the previous reviews referring to this shirt as "substandard", i find these shirts to be very good. I purchased several of these shirts in navy blue, to wear to work. After almost 2 YEARS of daily use, they still look like new. Very little or no fading, no snags, no seams unraveling, etc. Plus the material is lighter weight and keeps me cooler than some other brands that use very thick fabric.

Big Guys be cautious of sizing

I am usually a 4XL reg in most button down shirts. This work shirt is slightly slim in the belly area and arms. So if you have a large belly and large arms (muscleman) I would suggest ordering one size larger. Overall the shirt is well put together and seems quite durable.

Size: Short Sleeve Long Body 3X-LargeColor: Petrol Blue Verified Purchase

I initially ordered 2 of these shirts since I had read some good reviews and I needed some comfortable around-the-house shirts.

I received the order promptly and took the light grey one out of the wrapper to try it on to make sure it was a good fit. It was perfect. So I did as I always do with new clothing and ran them both (didn't try on the Petrol Blue) through a wash cycle. After washing and hang drying I wore the Light Grey shirt and like it so I order 3 more in other colors. All arrived as expected and the 3 new ones were also washed and hang dried. They come out looking really great btw.

Next I decided to wear the Petrol Blue. To my surprise it was a lot longer than the Light Grey. I checked the label and noticed that I had been shipped 3XL_SS for the Light Grey and 3XL_SSL for the Petrol Blue. Since I had washed the shirt I knew I couldn't return, but decided I'd just wear it when I can tuck it in (not my preferred way to wear, but tolerable). I reviewed my order and I had ordered 3XL for both, no long.

So check before you remove from packaging and do anything with the shirts to make certain you have the correct size. You might not like the almost dress look of the long if you don't need it.

Otherwise, great shirts, very comfortable, look good and launder well!!

UPDATE
Ordered another, making very certain that the size was 3XL and not the Long option. Got another long!!!!! I'm wondering if they don't have a normal length option in Petrol Blue and just ship you the long version! Either that or they have a fulfillment problem that needs to be addressed.

Sadly I now have 2 extra long Petrol Blue shirts when I ordered neither. The other colors I ordered (same exact size selection from the dropdown) came in the correct size.

So, while the shirts themselves are really great per my review above, I really don't think I'll order any more since there seems to be an issue with fulfillment!!

Great Quality wonderful fit

I purchased these for my Husband's work shirts. He is a mechanic. They are perfect. Tough material but not too heavy. Out in the shop their isn't much A/C with the Garage doors opening and closing most of the day. We had several very humid days and he stated they were comfortable to wear.

Okay for the price I really wasn't expecting much. What a surprise the shirts are made well. Light weight but not see through. Fits as shown. Would purchase again. I ordered 4 shirts total.

Order 2 sizes larger than you need.

It is good fabric for a work shirt and should hold up. Problem is that Red Kap's cut is too small. I wear a 5XL and ordered a 6XL. It was still too small in the shoulders and I couldn't button it. To be fair Red Kap did contact me after the initial review to make good but I had already donated the shirt. So I can at least bump them up a star for good customer service.

I love these shirts! I was pleasantly surprised that they tails on the shirt were more than enough for me to tuck into my pants, and not fear them coming out, being too short, or not working out in a way that i'd have to send it back and order a larger size.

Being a large man (barrel chested, 5'11", 300lbs) I can wear a 2xl tshirt, but it's snug. So I like to wear a 4xl, and this exceeded my expectations. I believe that I will buy these in the future, as I like wearing button down short sleeve shirts.

For the price, a really good quality shirt. I just wear it casually, nothing work-related, and it's definitely worth buying.

I do see a LOT of reviews saying to order a size up. I'm a medium sized, ordered a medium, and it fits me perfectly. If you're ordering larger sizes, maybe order a size up, but for mediums, I think it's pretty great!

I do see myself buying more products from this seller.
