Like someone else stated... it's cornstarch. Repackaged Cornstarch... that you can get a 16 oz container of at the grocery store for a couple of bucks...

This seems to be fulfilling it's intended purposes. I have a few toys made out of the UR3 material: the Mia Malkova pocket pal, and two Doc Johnson Realistic Dildos. I like how both the toys and the refresh powder don't have that gross plastic smell to them unlike a lot of products out there today. In fact, this sort of has a vanilla kind of smell to it. Anyways, my only complaint with this product is how small the bottle is. I mean, sorry if this is too much information, but I use my toys quite a bit, and so I tend to run out this stuff quickly. But I guess that just means I need to slack off on the Doc Johnson guys a little bit, ha-ha!

Anyways, this is an essential item to have for anyone who is looking to buy any UR3 material, whether it be a dildo or a pocket pal. Make sure to cover your toy in this material after cleaning, and make sure to rinse off the powder before using your toys again! I should've listened to the part in the directions where it tells you to rinse off the powder before using your toys again. Anyways, enjoy!

Does it's job, but the shipping and handling massively bump the price beyond what a small Oz. container of talc should be. I would have just gotten normal old talc, but I couldn't find any definite information anywhere saying that there was for certain absolutely nothing about the Refresh Power that wouldn't also be present in normal talc. But, my toy cost me $50, and I love it, and UR3 is ill-reputed on it's lack of durability, so I just sucked it up and played it safe and stocked up on the DJ variety.
