It Works the boots are alittle bit wider than the OEMS but i assume thats because these boots leak and thats what killed my bank 2 knock sensor on my 5.3. take my advise and save your self from having to do it again my sealing them with some RTV silcone around the boots and on the wire exit.

Fitment was good just as good as OEM.

Will update this review if any more trouble arises in the future.

I finally got around to replace my two knock sensors on my '03 Tahoe Z71. After I installed the new knock sensors(213-3521 AC Delco) and installed these in, I loved the fact that it was super tight fit b/c the original one dried up and water rusted the old sensor out in the rear. I highly recommend buying the harness when you do replace the knock sensors.

4 year review . check engine light came on i went to auto zone and they checked the error code and it was knock sensor . ordered this from amazon to replace the knock sensors. when i took the old knock sensor out one was so corroded the wire was no longer attached and the other was corroded too. replaced with this and everything works now and been running strong for a few years should last a long time. its a lot of work and have to remove a lot to get to the knock sensor. GM has a installation bulletin on replacing the knock sensors. i also replaced all the gaskets and all parts the bulletin suggests to replace wile installing new knock sensors, been running since i replaced them for just over 4 years now no issues. a quality product

Figured I should buy this while I had to replace the knock sensors. Recently purchased a 2004 Tahoe Z71 that had the knock sensor codes and was recommended by many others to replace the harness while I was working under the intake. Well, I certainly NEEDED to replace it as I barely pulled on the rear one and it just fell apart in my hand. The front was fine but rear, almost crumbled in my hand! Was very glad these were perfect fit, length, etc. They came shipped in nice packaging and easy to install. I recommend the http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0002UEN1U/ref=cm_cr_ryp_prd_ttl_sol_5 to place on top to help prevent any further water from entering into the knock sensor chamber and deteriorating the new harness and sensor. Highly recommend this harness from this vendor.

So far so good. My 2003 Chevrolet Silverado 5.3 was throwing codes for a bad knock sensor and intake manifold vacuum leak. The check engine light was also illuminated for these codes. I ordered the AC Delco factory knock sensors as well as this new harness. (and the BAFX OBD2 scan tool). This harness fit just fine.

Easily installed in my 2004 Silverado. My old sensors had filled with water and were giving me a check engine light. I decided that since I was replacing the sensors, I would play it safe and replace the harness too. It took a few hours to complete the job, but it was easy enough just took a while.

I don't always buy aftermarket parts - just depends on the scenario. For this particular harness, I saw no harm in it. it's not a highly tuned precision instrument or anything - some some wires and rubber. I've used this twice and had no issues. If anything, the rubber grommet fits much better than the OEM.

Great quality product. Better than stock. If you plan on changing the knock sensors you absolutely must change this as well. You will not get the OE wiring harness off without breaking the aged plastic connectors
