Bought this product to recondition an old East West Musical Instrument Co leather jacket I sort of inherited which hadn't been well cared for in who knows how many decades.

When I first started using it, I found that it darkened the leather quite a bit as it says it may on the bottle, even though the leather isn't dyed. When I opened one of the pockets however I found the true color of the jacket to be exactly what Lexol was returing it to. This product delivers and delivers well, the jacket is now the same uniform color again and it feels much more supple than it used to. It doesn't have the worn funky look it used to, but that look is pretty detrimental to a jacket that is potentially worth hundreds or maybe even over a thousand.

Do yourself a favor though, don't apply the product to the leather as they say to do, put it onto a rag and rub it in. This product is labor intensive to use, especially on old worn leather, but the results are truly spectacular. Absolutely recommended and will buy again if I ever happen to run out of this, I didn't seem to dent the bottle too much and further applications will proabaly take much less, looks like this will last a good long while

I tried a few other popular leather conditioners but this is by far the best, in my experience anyways. And I'm only referring to applications on car leather seats, I have no experience using this on clothing or other leather items. It's pretty thin, almost watery, but still applies and spreads well.

Have an old leather recliner that the dogs are allowed on with me. Lots of wear and tear where they have jumped up and down. Great price and reviews so decided to try and it and it worked well - very surprised how nicely it cleaned it up. Have a leather couch too with scratches and it worked on them also. Will buy again!

works very well to restore dry fatigued leather, mainly used it for my Acura Mdx car leather seats after doing lot of research and from some of the other reviewers, am totally satisfied using this for my car seats and leather couch as well. Would buy more once am done with the current one. The lexol cleaner also works well to remove jeans color marks on the seats.
