Got the Medium for my 23lb male pug. Fit like a glove. The colors are a little different though, much brighter yellow and bright green with brown. The shell does not stay on with the two pieces of velcro it comes with. I sewed black stretchy bandaging tape around the shell to go around my pug's belly, and it stayed on much better. Not all animals will be like this, but my pug hated wearing the headpiece, as the tip of it came down to his nose. Made for some adorable pictures, then I took it off him.

This is a cute costume. I purchased this for a dog who loves to dress up everyday. The only complaint I have is that the seller did not post a sizing chart which could of helped prevent my return (it is too big). I anticipate ordering this again. For those of you who like to know which size will fit your animal best, I have posted the sizing chart photo from the package I returned. I hope this review will help you make a better and more informed purchase.

We have two tortoises and a pug and I am dying to take a photo of all three of them together with this costume. I measured our pug who was the runt of her litter and is small for a pug (17 pounds) and ordered the costume in size Small according to measurements I found on another site selling this product. The size Small was too small for her. I could barely fasten it at parts and the shell is much less sturdy than in the photo. The shell and the head piece were awkwardly falling to the side and kind of rumply. I'm not sure if it's the fault of the size, the way the costume is constructed, or the fact that pugs are really awkward and ours would not sit still. So, I haven't taken the photo yet. I guess I shouldn't be surprised that the model dog looks really slick.

I just googled the sizing again and saw another site specifically mentions pugs should wear size Medium so I might suck it up and order another one in Medium and see if that's better since I waited too long to return the Small. I hope to eventually post my photo here!

Our boston terrier was the hit of Halloween in this costume. I don't know what's more funny- the doggy unitard or the head helmet… seriously funny. The shell is tough to keep on since it is held in place with only two small strips of velcro. Nothing a few safety pins couldn't fix. Really, this is hilarious.

My pug looked adorable in the costume. Nothing beats a pug-tortoise! The costume fit well, except that the shell does not stay on well. It adheres with velcro, but keeps partially detaching. However, my pug found the costume comfortable and did not try to take it off.

This was cute, and I liked how the legs came all the way down, but the shell is held on with two flimsy velcro strips. It wouldn't stay on at all. I can't imagine a dog that would roll around or shake a little on a costume, so I think this is pretty poorly designed.

Cute costume. The shell doesn't fit quite as snug as shown in the picture. It is held on with two pieces of Velcro, so it doesn't cling to the back as well as the picture shows. The medium fit my 20 pound Boston perfectly everywhere other than the head. His 'hat' had too much room and it kept slipping to the side (even though I stuffed it with grocery bags). Overall I would recommend.

Very cute costume, but it runs small. I did not find it larger than a medium. Also the packaging really smashes the shell shape, and the folds and dents in it did not come out.
