Just ran a half marathon. I got these because I always start to chafe after 8 miles and it hurts for a few days. I put these on a couple hours before the race and forgot I had them on. They were still on when I got in the shower a few hours later. I am not the hairiest guy, but I did trim the hair where they were going on, and I think that probably helped the staying power.

Update: NipGuards are a MUCH better product. They last longer and provide more protection. Read my review there.
