Great espresso! ! Deep and dark flavor. Looked up reviews on this from Europe, and Italian coffee drinkers agree, this is the closest you can get to an espresso from a cafe. Feel free to stretch it out a little longer too. I normally make it one or two bars longer, or even add it to some other drink I make. Nescafe lists it at over 90mg of caffeine prepared as instructed, and it seems to have much more than that when prepared longer, so be careful with it ;-)
