great stuff, people were all like "do this and the taste isn't so bad" and "brewed with this it isn't so bad", those people are probably using way too much of it per cup, as it's only a TEASPOON, I use like 2-3 per cup to be honest. taste? it just tastes "earthy". I was expecting a putrid mushroom woodsy funk town, which is not the name of a jam band, just give me credit if you use it. as stated, you can make many cups, as long as it's still brewing dark, I usually don't go more than like 4 cups, I do like to add more to my batches and keep brewing. I have a david's tea perfect mug, so it's great to see it getting use again as I don't do as much loose tea these days, but I digress. the health benefits outweigh the funk town shroom down flavor, that isn't actually there.

nice Chaga, don't notice a difference from the last batch I bought from mountain rose herbs. I like these tiny chunks. don't have to do anything, they go straight into a tea pot w strainer on top, I fill it with boiled water and 5 min later tea is ready. I use a small tea spoon for 2 cups of tea. goes great with Ceylon cinnamon sticks (i break em up). BTW it doesn't look or taste like mushroom at all! tastes like tea. sometimes I add some honey. I drink a lot of different herbal teas and this mix (chaga+ceylon cinnamon) is my fav. if you want to try my mix, don't use cinnamon powder, it doesn't dissolve in water. chaga/cinnamon ration is 75/25

I would say you get a bag the size of a fist, and I mix it with tea, for an extra beta-glucans. I am not sure why I got it exactly, but it couldn't hurt since I recently quit smoking and was smoking for 10 years and it is an anticarcinogen product.

I got the 2 oz. bag of tea and used an old coffee grinder to grind into a powder. I put about a tablespoon into a paper filter and steeped it for at least 5 minutes. It tastes slightly earthy. At first I tried adding some sweetener and a little milk, but it really tastes best with nothing at all in it. I would purchase it again, though it is expensive for daily use.
