This is a flavoring product to make oxtail soup it requires oxtails shallots carrots and some other stuff. I thought maybe it would make a decent broth but it is horrible but maybe that's just my taste. I was looking for something that would be sort of like Knorr Oxtail Soup Mix that you used to be able to buy. Others might like this but to me it tasted horrible
