I wondered about the size. it is big enough for any rifle you have ( except barrette 50 cal). it is so nice to be able to clamp the butt stock down tightly with no movement. the windage and foot leveling system are great. as for the assembly one reviewer said put the wing nuts on top they were right. for sighting use a masonry string level and you are set. I cant wait to go to the range and use it for sighting my scopes in

The front rest is a bit wobbly when extended. The screws on the rear rest make a bit uncomfortable when setting up to shoot. If you just want to set this up and pull the trigger it's fine. If you like to hold the rifle in a comfortable shooting position you may want to look at other models. I also use this to clean my rifles.

This is the best one I have seen & is why I own it now.. The features can't be beat. They put a lot of thought into the design of this one.
Everything is adjustable & so is the main rail length. 3 positions on it. the Butt rest strap is removable so you can get the Rifle Butt closer to your shoulder. The best overall design I have seen against others like it. It breaks down & fits in a bag I had at home.. I'm real happy I found it.

Not the most solid rest out there but for the price it sure does the job. Added a 50 lb sand bag to it and it significantly reduced the recoil. First time out shot a 1/2" 3 shot group at 200 yds. dam good rifle and dam decent rest.

Excellent value for a combination stand and range mount. Minimum to maximum positions range from 20 to 23.5 inches. Weighs around 5 lbs. This adjustability and light weight makes this very portable. The box frame members are constructed of 16 gauge steel. Some weights are necessary to keep the frame in place at the range. Add threadlock to every thread and you will be pleased.

Not a precision piece of equipment but that's obviously not what you're paying for. Provides a basic steady rest but design is lacking. Front bag straps prevent the windage adjust from working properly but that's not a showstopper. I recommend installing the front crossbar upside-down with the bushings and wingnuts on top - allows you to reduce the overall height of the rest and increase stability a little. Rubber feet are nice for protecting the kitchen table when you assemble it, but allows for bounce/movement of the setup when shooting. Overall, not a bad entry-level unit to help steady your shots but don't expect match-grade accuracy.

Overall it is what it is. It functions and is better than using an article of clothing or something to rest on. The product has some cheap features the adjustable front was cross threaded from the get go. Made it work but is difficult to adjust and the nut that is tacked on to secure the front rest broke the second i put tension on it. Like i said it works but next time ill spend the money and get something of better quality
