I use them to create sandwich 'wraps' instead of using bread.

I love these tortillas. They taste just like regular tortillas to me and they also come in garlic herb. The only thing I don't like is that they're only nine dollars if you buy them direct from the manufacturer and twenty dollars on Amazon. They doesn't seem right but it takes nothing away from how good the product actually is.

These are really good if you need to cut back on the carbs! Obviously they are very different from regular flour tortillas, but if you are a fan of the whole wheat tortillas these are great! Definitely a "must have" if you are trying to make healthier choices!

I'm not a huge fan of these tortillas.

I find that it doesn't cook well. Tortillas normally brown pretty well, like when you're making a quesadilla, the bottom should be golden brown. These tortillas go from "heated up" directly to "burnt". It's very difficult to cook with these tortillas on a skillet without them burning. I read some Amazon reviews that say they bake well (like with baked enchiladas). I didn't care for them baked either -- they get stiff and cardboardy when they're baked. I haven't tried frying them yet.

Flavorwise, I'm not a big fan of whole wheat tortillas. Whole wheat doesn't go well with Mexican food, IMHO. However, if you like whole wheat tortillas, you'll probably dig the flavor.

For a more traditional flour tortilla, I find that Mama Lupe cooks better and has a flavor that's more conducive for central American cuisine.
