The one I received is not like the one shown in the picture, looks like they made a mistake and sent me a previously owned pot as it has stains and scratches. I am returning it and buying another one hoping the next one will be brand new like shown in the picture. Other than that the stainless steel look is nice and seems to be durable.

Same thing they use at the melting pot. Perfect size for 2 people, 4 can manage, but 6 is pushing it. As others have mentioned, the bowl inserts are not included. I recommend getting at least 2, so you can make cheese and dessert fondue without cleaning inbetween.
