I have a bunch of these and they work well. Not perfect (nothing does) - but well. You still have to put personal effort in.
And, yes, the voice-overs are annoying at the beginning and end.
Just get some mp3 editing, or 'cutting' software and remove the offending garbage. I happen to use 'Audacity' (I'm sure they all work - that's just the one I 'cut my teeth' on). Just follow the instructions. The first time you do it is irritating, but once the first project is sealed up, you're a pro from then on. [Remember; Audacity will save the completed projects in a file type that only it likes to play (.aup). To save in another type like, say .mp3, as I do; click on "Export" in the drop-down menu. Mp3 is good because those files will play in just about anything.]
Then, you can run them on continuous play from laptop speakers or whatever while you sleep (earphones suck for that), or while you're on your computer or portable music player during the day.
Not for driving. Standard subliminals are fine for that, but these contain subliminal hypnosis and may make you tune-out a bit.
Also; hear the whole file in one sitting, at least once a day (just under an hour). Don't just listen to a few minutes, then stop. There's the hypnosis in there, so there's probably a full 'session' using the full time of the file.

[As I re-read this review, I realize that the following can apply to all subliminal programs - in my opinion.]

And don't listen to too many different titles at once. Concentrate on one, or a few, at a time. This works especially good with titles that kind-of group together.
These aren't magic pills, and as with all 'self-help' tools, you need to actually do the work of self-helping. These should be thought of as grease for the skids.Read more ›

I personally love all of these Binaural Beat Brainwave Subliminal System recordings. I can't guarantee they all work, but many have helped me. either way they are only 99 cents, so it's worth a try! It's also very relaxing.
