This stuff is seriously amazing. I noticed it at the grocery store when I was expecting our 2nd baby and thought, what the heck, I'll try it. I am not joking, this stain spray removed old set-in baby food and spit up stains in my first child's baby clothes - they'd been washed and dried several times, then stored for 2 years, and the Dreft spray took those set-in stains out in one wash and made them look like brand new baby clothes again. It was like a miracle. We now use this stain remover for the entire family's clothes and it gets everything out the first time, like it never happened - formula, spit up, diaper blowouts, baby food, oily food stains, blood, dirt, grass stains - it's saved us a ton of $$ in not having to replace clothes! My only cautionary advice is to not let it sit on your skin too long - I've learned that you need to wash your hands pretty quickly after using it. I've used Shout, Zout, Oxi-Clean and others for years and none of them come close. Dreft detergent is a total waste of money (just buy any free & clear detergent instead), but this is by far the best stain remover ever!!

The only stain remover I use! Not just on baby things, but adult clothes too!

This stuff takes out anything. For example, my little girl spit blueberries literally all over a white Aden and Anais blanket (the thick expensive dream blanket). I was like, oh no, it's ruined :( BUT I just sprayed the spots (pretty much the entire blanket), soaked it in hot water, let it dry and then threw it in the wash. Badda bing, badda boom, not a single stain left. Nothing!

Also, this was the only thing that worked to get out that bright orange baby blow outs on white onesies.

This stain remover has been a lifesaver! Our newborn was getting sick very often and getting stains all over her clothes and ours. We could not get the stains out. This stain remover has done better at removing stains than any other spray and wash product I have ever used. It has even removed stains that we thought were set. The cost of this product was well worth it from the shirts and other clothes we have saved using it.

This stuff works GREAT. I used it when washing some antique/vintage clothing for my newborn, and it was able to remove a stain off of a day gown that had been placed in a cedar chest over 25 years ago. It didn't damage the clothing, either. I use it on my entire family's laundry, including oil stains, etc. I cannot say enough great things about this product!

I've tried them all over the years.

I am a very late comer to Dreft as I am a grandmother. I just wish it had been around or, that I knew of it, when my children were children!

It's a bit pricey but so worth the $$. It is also very hard to find in all the usual places: grocery stores, big chains, hardware etc. etc. There is no predictability of availability. I rely on Amazon for this (and so many other hard to find) items.

We have tried several stain removers and this works best for the stains which appear on my child's clothing. This won't remove blood from minor scrapes and such. I have to use Shout for that. But Shout doesn't remove poop stains like Dreft. I have friends with elderly relatives who need 24 hour care and use Dreft for this reason.

Great for crazy yellow/orange baby poos! Even set in stains.... Because when i am exhausted and sleep deprived I don't always have the energy to immediately pretreat and Launder immediately.( It even gets it out when it's dried on and 3 days old.)
For best results pretreat a few min before putting in wash. For really set in stains you may need to wash twice. But this has worked on all her clothes and blankets. -even delicate mueslin swaddled blankets.
Works great without fading colors too.
Our baby is still breastfed only so I don't have any experience with solid or formula fed baby poos.
