I use maple syrup, sugar and cream almost exclusively now in place of cane sugar. A client gave me some Vermont maple cream for a gift last year, and I loved it. When we were in Canada, we searched everywhere to find some, but could only find tiny jars in the gift shops. It suddenly dawned on me that I could likely find some on amazon. And I found this product. I was really happy to see that it was organic. it is simply the BEST maple cream I've ever tasted.
