I have one major complaint with the unit that is very annoying..

For the most part this is a solid unit. The main reason I purchased it was because I wanted a unit that was RF remote compatible. I purchased the MRF90 RF floating remote which works with this in-dash. I have one major complaint with the unit that is very annoying....it doesn't have a folder skipping option when your playing music in USB mode. For me this is a must and feels like they are going backwards when it comes to functionality. The best it can do is skip forward or back 10 tracks. If I knew this before hand I would have never purchased this unit. It such a must have that I just assumed that any unit that has a USB input would have a folder skipping feature. The RF remote works great with this in-dash and is probably the only reason I'm not sending it back.

Destin for a bullet hole!

I bought this and it took quit some time to install it due my schedule, but when I finally got around to it it was past a time when Amazon would take it back. When installed it did not work, the band button was stuck on FM1 and would not go to the others. I was stuck with having to go to Boss and for a money order of $20 (so they could return it) and $11 in my cost to ship it to them they would fix it. Well they didn't and they didn't find anything wrong with it so they are shipping it back. When I get it back if it doesn't work I am putting a couple 40 cal's in it and selling it on Ebay for what it is a new piece of garbage that never worked.

A comment about the Boss tech support, I had 3 phone calls with them while they had this piece of garbage and I had to wait a long long time before they would answer the call and when they did they would promise you a rose garden but you would never get it, right Billy, Philip and the 3rd did not write down his name.
