Let me start of by explaining that I've have purchased at least 3 other hot towel warmers in the past 1-2yrs with nothing but disappointment. I needed a quality warmer the was consistent with heat,, saved some space, and didn't break the bank, I searched the Internet for reviews on towel warmers and brand names to no avail, well I seen this model at my massage therapist office and figured if they used it must be somewhat good because they were a big chain company, so I figured I give it a shot and happy to say works great, I'm a barber and do alot of hot towel shaves so towels are essential, and this Lil guy works great all day everyday so far, very pleased with it, and they describe as small but if you roll your towels properly you can easily fit 10 hand towel comfortable maybe 11 , so if your looking for one and don't know which to get , this brand and model work just fine, wouldn't hesitate to get another when time comes!!! And it came pretty quick too.

After extensive research on features, brands and stores I got this Paragon warmer. Perfect size for my small office. Holds several hand towels and five hot stones. If I thoroughly wet the towels in hot tap water and ring them out, they are ready to use in 15-20 minutes. I wash my towels after each use so I didn't bother with a UV light model.
My coworkers are so impressed they are looking at getting the same model.

While this warmer seems better made than the one I had previously (which died), it is too small to be of much use. I don't know what fancy origami folding the manufacturer uses to fit 24 washcloths in this, but that is not realistic. About half that is a more realistic expectation. Still debating about sending it back. I suggest sizing up if you are going to buy this.
