Well, it is just Ok. It doesn't taste like the traditional alioli I am used to, which is the Spanish recipe. It tastes exactly like mayonnaise with some garlic flavor, I wouldn't call this Alioli. Not good for Fideuà or Paella unless you want to ruin it. I give it a 3 star because although it is not what I expected or wanted, it doesn't taste bad for a mayonnaise. Wouldn't buy again.

We were on a cruise up the east coast. We stopped into The Stonewall Store. Taste tested this aioli. Killer good.

It's warm (horseradish) and delicious on anything really. It's best on fish.

We have it in the fridge all the time.

For Easter we had the most wonderful salmon, but it needed a little kick. One if my guests brought this Stonewall Kitchen Aioli Horseradish. I had also roasted asparagus, and this made the dinner so much more delicious. It is a smooth mayonnaise with a kick, and paired with the salmon and asparagus it was a hit. It has an intense aioli flavor with the kick of horseradish. Stonewall also advertises this to use for dipping golden brown french fries or roast beef. I am thinking a hamburger would benefit, also, for great flavor.

Ingredients
Canola Oil, Whole Salted Eggs (Whole Eggs, Salt), Horseradish, Dijon Mustard (Water, Mustard Seed, Vinegar, Salt, White Wine, Citric Acid, Turmeric, Tartaric Acid, Spices), Wasabi Oil (Canola Oil, Mustard Oil, Wasabi Powder, Wasabi Leaf), White Vinegar, Corn Syrup, Mustard Powder, Natural Flavor, Water, Horseradish Powder, Garlic Powder, Natural Flavor, Tocopherols.

This is a very light yellow/cream color, and I put it in the tableaux a green dish. This was very attractive, besides being delicious.

This aioli is a truly great at all levels. Can be used instead of mayo, slathered on chicken while on the grill or oven or smoker, used in egg salad, tacos, burgers, used as a shrimp or crab dip and more. Wonderful flavor with a nice kick.

After having a grilled artichoke with a similar aioli at a well-known restaurant, it prompted me to search for a comparable product. I don't know if I got a bad batch or what, but after reading others' reviews, I can't say it tasted overtly of either mayonnaise OR garlic. It was just....I can't seem to accurately describe it, but it didn't taste like anything I've ever made or had in a restaurant - and WASN'T pleasant. Sometimes that can happen with store-bought (jarred, canned, etc.) products that may have been affected by preservatives or something similar, but sometimes one's tongue simply doesn't approve. In any event, after one taste on my artichoke, I'm sad to say I couldn't find a reason to keep it and therefore threw it away. Glad so many others liked it, though!

Excellent sauce. I use it for many things but this is my favorite.
Take a flour tortilla, spread the sauce on it, then add ground hamburger cooked with onions, and a little red salsa and voila! You have a delicious and flavorful burrito.
Instead of ground hamburger and onions try sauteed chicken pieces and green chilies to the tortilla and sauce.
Experiment with how much sauce to put on the flour tortilla. The more you add the hotter it will be.
Highly recommend.

This is a tasty, flavorful alternative to your regular sandwhich options. Yes, it's in a jar so it doesn't taste as good as a fresh, home made recipe but it's pretty darn close. It has a nice rich garlic flavor whiteout being too overwhelming. I recommend to anyone looking to spice up their sandwhich game. I also use a little in my chicken salad recipe.
