Wheat flour, salt, dried garlic, maltodextrin, chili peppers, spice, dried onions, sugar, monosodium glutamate, paprika, sugar; less than 2% of potassium chloride, silicon dioxide as an anticaking agent, soybean oil, malic acid

Directions

What You Need: 1 lb. lean ground beef 1 pkg. (8oz) KRAFT Shredded Cheese Chopped lettuce and tomatoes BREAKSTONE’S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream TACO BELL® Taco Shells or flour tortillas TACO BELL® Taco Sauce 1. Brown meat in a skillet; drain. Add Seasoning Mix and ¾ cup water; stir. Bring to boil; simmer on medium-low heat 10 min., stirring occasionally. 2. Meanwhile, heat taco shells or tortillas as directed on package. 3. Fill bowls with meat, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream and Taco Sauce. Pass the taco shells or tortillas and let everyone customize their taco. Makes 6 servings, 2 tacos each. Chicken Tacos: Substitute 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips, for the ground beef. Cook in skillet with cooking spray until done. Continue as directed.

I LOVE this seasoning and was so disappointed when all of the local grocery stores stopped carrying it. Thank goodness for Amazon! I have bought two of these bulk packages and use the mixes in everything from taco dip to crockpot chicken. Mixed with ground beef into patties it makes delicious hamburgers and, of course, it makes for a stellar taco!

I had higher hopes for this. I like tacos even if my 11 year old son grumbles when he hears that's what we're having for dinner. I use Ortega kits, and up until trying this, always used their seasoning as well.

I had hoped this would have some more flavor or something to differentiate it from the Ortega that I was used to, since I love their hot sauces, which I always buy. But I found this to be pretty bland and boring, ultimately with less flavor than even the Ortega mix that comes with the kits.

So I'll at least work through these, but once this batch is gone, I'll be either sticking with the Ortega kits, or looking for something else.

um, yea...Not really much else to say. They come in a thick, white corrugated cardboard box that has a perforated rip open top (triangle shaped hole that starts at the top and wraps down the front) that opens easily and is quite useful for storage. I left them in the box in the cupboard. Long story short, It's delicious and as soon as I run out, I'm buying some more.

My store stopped supplying these fajita seasonings so I turned to Amazon for the supply!

There are a lot of other brands that I tried, like Herdez that I did not really like. This has a thicker sauce that it makes and it is just very tastey. It even has a recipe on the back that helps you cook fajitas just incase you do not have one.

Very good and easy to cook. You could probably even use this as seasoning in other foods.

Ok, I admit it: It may not be Mexican, but I've always been fond of how the beef is seasoned at my local Taco Bell. The only problem is actually going to the Taco Bell, which in itself is pretty disgusting, and one can always count on them getting the order wrong in some important way.

So, now I can make this at home. This is a happy day for me.

I use this mix to make a taco salad. Mix with a green salad, and some taco sauce or salsa, and it makes for a very nice meal. Of course there's a ton of added sodium, but you say that like it's a bad thing.
