The pictured item is not what was received, and didn't perform as well as expected, and instructions are ambiguous and confusing. I phoned Maxell to tell them and they didn't seem interested. The disc did not seem to do what was expected

My wife's Suburban Radio/CD player started to skip and you could not play CD's in it. Used this once and it cleaned the CD and no problems at all from it now!! Highly recommend this if yo want to keep your CD player playing!!

the RCA Discwasher (which had terrible instructions and packaging) and it fixed my system.
