This slipcover is well made and looks better than a blanket thrown over the couch, but it's not blue. It is definitely pure gray. In fact, it's the same color as my gray cat, which she seems to enjoy. That does help hide cat hair, but I wanted blue.
However, this is just to protect my pale blue couch from cat-hair and kid spills and so on. When company is coming over, I take the cover off

It fits well. Maybe a bit short in the back, but no one can see that. I had to toss it in the dryer when it first arrived to knock the wrinkles out, and that helped. The fabric is nice and soft and has a soft suede look.

If you want your slip cover to stay put, buy a cheap foam "pool noodle" and cut it lengthwise into four long strips. Then tuck these strips in between the cushion. They are grippy and will hold the cover in place. I never have to re-tuck mine. It's great and only cost $1.

Ok I was really excited when this came. Its so soft but man is it big. I thought my couch would be too big but this thing is like a tent. Its a really nice color but there is no way I'm ever going to get it to look like the pictures. Its better than looking at flowers tho. Lol

update:

ugh! so i thought i could kinda deal with this thing until i washed it yesterday. i already have to pin it to my couch but when i got it out of the dryer the inside of my dryer was covered in some kind of hard sticky stuff that came off the cover. i know because its all brown. i have no idea how to get it off and i dont know if its going to ruin my other laundry. i would never buy this thing again or recommend it. unless youre going to hang it outside on a line. im so mad i dont know what to do. and i didnt even have the dryer on high. i had been spot cleaning it and decided i needed to give i a washing. what a mistake and a waste of my money. now i gotta go chip brown stuff off my dryer. thanks for nothin

While I measured my sofa before my purchase, the fit of this slipcover was just wrong. It sags a little here and there, it's not kid friendly at all, and in general just not what I expected. I'm already tired of all the tucking and pulling and wish I had just bought another sofa instead. This may be okay for a person who has no children and practically never uses their sofa.

Very comfortable, soft. The burgundy looks a little pinkish, but that's my only complaint. If installed properly, for example if you tuck everything in and if you make sure the ties are secure, it should stand up to daily movement.

Doesnt look as perfect as it does in the picture unless you constantly fidget with it, but it does the job intended. The fabric is soft and comfortable. Took a while to get it on the couch, but once done I only need to fix it up every couple of days..lots of slippage. But my 10 year old couch which is still extremely comfortable but has been ravaged by my cat looks and feels brand new. And you can take it off and throw it in the machine wash if need be.

This cover is very nice but not perfect. I am currently using it to cover a very large chair in my daughter's room and it works fine but I wouldn't use it in a more public environment because there is a lot of extra material which makes it look more like a drop cover than a fitted cover.
